Do explosion proof isolators comply with LOTO requirements in UAE?
Yes. Our Ex d rotary and toggle handle isolators include integral padlock facilities that satisfy LOTO procedures as required under ADNOC, Aramco, and most major operator safety management systems. The handle can be locked in the OFF position with a standard padlock, preventing re-energisation during maintenance. We can also supply multi-lock hasps as an accessory for multi-person LOTO operations.
Can you supply Ex d isolators pre-mounted in an enclosure with cable glands?
Yes we regularly supply isolators pre-assembled in certified Ex d enclosures with the appropriate Ex d cable glands, earth bars, and labelling already installed. This reduces site installation time and ensures the assembly is supplied as a single certified unit with one documentation package, rather than requiring site verification of individual component certifications.
