SAIA Burgess PCD3.W605 analog output module for PCD3 and PCD2 controller series. 6 analog output channels, 0…+10V DC, 10-bit resolution (1024 steps). Electrically isolated from PCD bus. Internal current draw: 110 mA from 5V bus; 0 mA from +V bus. Connector type E (pluggable spring terminal, 14-pole). Offset and gain compensation performed digitally by on-board microcontroller – no potentiometers; output range slightly enlarged to cover worst-case tolerances. LSB resolution: 1 LSB ≈ 10.38 mV (typical range 0…10.6V). Compatible PG5 FBox library: ‘PCD3.W6x5’. Typical applications: HVAC valve actuators, damper drives, VSD speed references, lighting control, building management systems. Operating temperature: 0…55°C. Not for safety-critical applications.
