Being BARTEC’s authorised wiring workshop is a specific, audited certification that goes beyond being a standard distributor. It means BARTEC has assessed and approved our technical capability to modify, wire, and assemble BARTEC FEAM products while maintaining their explosion proof certification validity. This matters on every project because:
- Custom Ex panel assemblies built using BARTEC enclosures remain fully ATEX/IECEx certified when assembled by our workshop a standard contractor cannot guarantee this.
- We can modify BARTEC enclosure drilling patterns, fit internal components, wire terminal assemblies, and test the final installation to BARTEC’s own FAT acceptance criteria.
- We supply genuine, factory-fresh BARTEC FEAM stock with full traceability certificate numbers, batch records, and country of origin documentation for your ADNOC, ARAMCO, or client vendor approval submissions.
- Our engineers are trained directly by BARTEC on installation, maintenance, and inspection requirements for Ex d, Ex e, and Ex n protection concepts.

BARTEC FEAM Explosion Proof Enclosures UAE Stock
BARTEC FEAM enclosures are manufactured from marine-grade copper-free aluminium alloy and 316L stainless steel the toughest materials available for long-term service in the UAE’s harsh coastal and high-temperature environments. Every enclosure in the FEAM range carries ATEX, IECEx, and GOST certification and is rated for Zone 1 / Zone 2 (Gas) and Zone 21 / Zone 22 (Dust) hazardous areas.
EJB Series Aluminium Flameproof Enclosures (Ex d)
The EJB is the flagship BARTEC FEAM enclosure widely specified across UAE Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and offshore projects. Available in a comprehensive range of sizes from small junction boxes to large panel assemblies, the EJB is rated Ex db IIB+H2 Group IIC, making it suitable for hydrogen-atmosphere applications including refineries and hydrogen energy facilities. Our workshop regularly supplies EJB enclosures fitted as DOL starters, distribution boards, push-button stations, and terminal junction boxes.
EJB-UL Series North American Certified Enclosures
The EJB-UL and EJB-UL INX are the UL/CSA-certified versions of the EJB range, designed for projects requiring North American NEC 500/505 Class I Division 1 certification alongside ATEX/IECEx. Commonly specified on UAE and Qatar projects where the end user is a North American oil major requiring UL-listed equipment on their approved products register.
EJC Series Aluminium Enclosures (Ex e Increased Safety)
The EJC is BARTEC FEAM’s Ex e (increased safety) enclosure used where the internal equipment generates no arcs or sparks in normal operation. Lighter and more cost-effective than Ex d, the EJC is suitable for terminal junction boxes, marshalling panels, and instrument housings where Ex e is an acceptable protection concept under the area classification.
GUB Series GRP Enclosures (Lightweight, Corrosion Proof)
The GUB range uses glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) construction the preferred material for coastal UAE sites and offshore applications where weight, non-spark properties, and resistance to seawater corrosion are critical. Available in aluminium (GUB) and stainless steel (GUB-INX) variants. Widely used for remote instrument junction boxes and marshalling panels in ADNOC and ENOC downstream facilities.
GUA-EAHF Junction and Pulling Boxes
The GUA-EAHF series provides aluminium Ex d junction and cable pulling boxes for conduit systems. These are essential accessories on projects using rigid conduit wiring systems used at conduit pull points, direction changes, and cable termination points throughout Zone 1 and Zone 2 wiring installations.
EMH9 Ex d Instrument Housing
The EMH9 is a compact Ex d instrument housing for field-mounted instruments pressure gauges, temperature transmitters, and local indicators where the instrument itself is not Ex-rated but needs to be installed in a Zone 1 hazardous area. The housing provides the flameproof containment around the instrument.

Switchracks are BARTEC FEAM’s term for custom-engineered, fully wired electrical panel board assemblies built into BARTEC FEAM explosion proof enclosures. This is where Team Switchgear’s authorised wiring workshop status is most directly applied: we design, wire, test, and deliver complete BARTEC switchrack assemblies to your project specification, certified under the BARTEC FEAM quality system.
